European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

How to start a request:

• If you have an account: log in at https://account.yitiyi.com, go to your Orders, and select the relevant order to request a return or cancellation.
• If you checked out with a phone number only: use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.
• Cancellations can be requested until your order has been fulfilled.

Conditions: The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days. Standard outbound shipping costs are included in the refund. Return shipping costs are covered by us (free return shipping).

Exemptions: Personalized products, perishable goods, and opened hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return under this right.
